Deck Addition

This was a new construction home just purchased by our client when they called us out to talk about expanding their outdoor living space. The deck addition design we settled on added roughly 300 square feet of deck space, combined the existing deck and covered front porch, and maximized their beautiful mountain range view from the front of their property through the configuration of the deck and the use of cable bullet’s “wooden post cable railing kit”. We exchanged the hogwire railing on the existing deck with cable railing for a uniform finish, and added a stair set for the client to have convenient yard and garden access.
