This job started with a call from concerned homeowners about rot and deterioration to their primary bedroom deck. A couple joists survived the rot and the rest were replaced. The homeowners decided to upgrade the decking material to composite decking, and chose an aluminum cable rail system to open up the view and give a modern finish to it all.
